After completing the Pre Installation, there are additional settings regarding Permission Sets. Here are the steps:

1. Open the Setup page.

2. Type "Permission Sets" in the search box. Click on "Permission Sets.”

3. Click "Clone" on the Permission Set named "Booking Engine”.

   

4. Change several of the following fields:

   1. Label: BN Booking Engine
   2. API Name: BN_Booking_Engine

   Click the "Save" button.

   

5. Click on the name "BN Booking Engine" in the list of Permission Sets.

6. Click on "Object Settings.”

   

7. Click on "Accounts" in the first list.

   

8. Click the "Edit" button. Check the boxes in the "Read" and "Create" rows in the table. Click the "Save" button.

   

9. Click the backward arrow button as shown in the picture. Select the first "Contacts" option.

   

10. Click the "Edit" button. Check the boxes in the "Read" and "Create" rows in the table. Click the "Save" button.

The steps to set up Permission Sets are now complete.

Now applying the newly created Permission Sets to the Booking Engine user profile. Here are the steps:

1. On the Setup page, type "Sites" in the search box. Click "All Sites.”

2. Click "Builder" in the All Sites table.

3. When Builder appears, click the gear-shaped icon (Settings). Then, click on "Booking Engine Profile" or as shown in the picture.

   

4. Click the "View User" button. Then, click on "Site Guest User, Booking Engine.”
