When logging into Salesforce from a new device or browser, users may be prompted to enter a verification code sent to their email or mobile device. This is part of Salesforce's Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and trusted login mechanisms to enhance account security.

However, in some environments (such as sandboxes, developer orgs, or internal-use orgs), repeated verification prompts can be inconvenient. Here’s how to reduce or remove these prompts safely and in compliance with Salesforce security policies.

Option 1: Add Trusted Login IP Ranges (Recommended)

🛠️ Steps:

  1. Go to Setup

  3. Select the profile of the users (e.g., System Administrator)
  4. Scroll to Login IP Ranges
  5. Click New
  6. Enter:
  7. Save
